The old system was so difficult to use that our staff could easily change the system to suit their needs, which meant that we didn’t have our finger on the pulse. The most valuable thing for a DP, is the oversight of the business. It’s all there with Titan, and you can see it all, so it helps you manage the business better. The bottom line is everything to our business. The amount that we pay per month, the value equation is definitely there with Titan, far more so than there was for our previous DMS.
