Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the Service Desk Team ensuring end-to-end service excellence as well as covering the following tasks.

Key responsibilities
  • Handling multiple channels of support enquiries, servicing our end users around Australia who operate our Dealer Management Solution within the Franchised Automotive environment.
  • Utilisation and maintenance of the knowledge base and participation in ongoing training.
  • Effectively communicate with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfilment.
  • Capture all user interactions within our digital ticketing system, including allocations and resolutions.
  • Identify and feed back internal and external improvement opportunities.
  • Handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet our customer’s needs.
  • Contribution as a proactive team member, contributing to the team’s success and customer experience.

  • Strong work ethics and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Rights to work full time in Australia.


  • Exposure to an Automotive Dealership which may include a general understanding of the Parts, Service and Vehicle Departments and how they interrelate.
  • Experience using Jira.
